While clergy and lay assistants minister to the sick, frail, and elderly who are unable to attend church, many volunteers organise and conduct several other church ministries and support the work of the clergy by outreaching to the needy and disadvantaged in the community. There are activities to suit everyone’s special interests.

The Church Op Shop located in the church grounds is managed and operated by volunteers on Monday to Friday and on Saturday mornings. It provides cheap clothing and household goods to those in need. Donations of clean, wearable clothing and saleable household goods are always welcome during opening hours. The Op Shop Spring Fair is held annually in the church grounds on the second Saturday in September.

Pastoral Partners’ Program – volunteer parishioners are being trained to provide pastoral care to those in the community who have been identified as needing regular contact and care.

Mothers’ Union is a worldwide organisation within the Anglican Church. Their aim is “sharing Christ’s life by encouraging, strengthening and supporting marriage and family life”. They meet monthly on the fourth Wednesday at 10.30 am and their varied program includes guest speakers, discussions on current social responsibility topics, Quiet Days, social visits, fundraising activities and service to members of the community.

Handicrafta large number of ‘crafty’ people meet each Tuesday at 1.30 pm. Many of these members do not attend church, but come along to enjoy the company and friendship of others while learning new crafts and making a range of items which are sold at the Spring and Autumn Fairs.

Children’s Church – is conducted at 9.30 am each Sunday during school terms for a growing number of young children who come from both within the church family and the local community. In a loving, caring atmosphere, they follow a program of Christian teaching specially designed for the young. They are welcomed into the church with their teachers towards the end of the 9.30 am church service.

Bible Study Groups – there are four bible study groups in the parish: Tuesday mornings at 10 am.
